Tonight before you pass out, take a moment and recap your day.. As you do that, notice the feelings that come up with the snapshots you have of the day. How many of those made you smile? And how many made you frown?
Did you feel blessed? Or did it stress you out?
Now take a moment and try to find the blessings in today.. Maybe even feel thankful for what worked, and what could be working better.
Being blessed is a mind frame, created by your perception of what's going on around you.
What if you can count your blessings and fall into a peaceful slumber every single night?
